Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM GST will be processed the next business day.

 
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping:

Standard: AED 10 | Delivery in 2-3 business days.

Outside City Limits: A flat charge of AED 25 applies.

Free Delivery: Available for orders over AED 100.​

 

  • GCC Region Shipping:

Standard: AED 50 | Delivery in 5-7 business days.

Free Delivery: Available for orders over AED 300.

Delivery in 5-7 business days, subject to customs clearance.

 

  • Other International Regions Shipping:

Shipping rates vary by region/zone. Estimated shipping rates charged at checkout are as follows:

Zone 1 : Starting from AED70.00.

Zone 2 : Starting from AED80.00.

Zone 3 : Starting from AED95.00.

Zone 4 : Starting from AED130.00.

Zone 5 : Starting from AED140.00

Zone 6 : Starting from AED190.00.

 
Standard shipping rates will be applied during checkout. Once your order is ready, we will calculate the shipping charges with the Courier based on the weight and dimensions of the package. The quoted charges will be communicated to you in writing for review and confirmation. Please note that the shipping cost will be determined by the greater value of either the dimensions or weight of the package. Any difference between the standard shipping fee collected at the time of ordering and the actual shipping cost must be covered by the customer to proceed.
Delivery times vary by region but typically range from 7-15 business days.
 
3. Shipping Methods

  • We use Sky Express and PPlus and Aramex for our deliveries.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

 
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For GCC region and International orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 
5. Delivery Issues

  • We will assist with filing claims with the courier.

 
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

  • Ensure all shipping details are accurate.

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 
7. Returns Due to Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
